Περιγραφή
Souvla, is the most popular dish in Cyprus and it means skewer.
The best meat to make souvla is lamb or goat from the neck or the shoulder. The meat is cut into big chunks with the bone, washed and then skewered on a spit and is cooked over a charcoal barbecue.
